Re.Lion.Bat Circular (JV of Deppe Group and Lueg AG) commissioned a 30,000 t/yr thermomechanical Li-ion battery recycling plant in Meppen, Lower Saxony in August 2025. PreZero (Schwarz Group) signed purchase agreement August 14, 2025, with acquisition legally completing October 2025.
